2nd Hard Drive Install & Parts Question

I am preparing to add a 2nd hard drive to our standalone series 2 Tivo. Can the parts needed be gotten from a store locally instead of ordered online? I am referring to the drive bracket, special T drivers, fan, y adapter, and anything else.

Has anyone done it with these parts from their local store? Was it very expensive?

The bracket itself, not as a completed unit. You can probably buy materials and construct one though. The electricals should be available at any computer store.
