CompUSA FMI 10/100 USB Mini-Lan Adapter

Has anyone had success using the CompUSA FMI 10/100 USB Mini-Lan Adapter? I have one unopened in the box. Before opening and trying it, I thought I would see if it has worked for anyone. I couldn't find anything when searching the forums.

I have the Series2 80 Hour DVR with 7.2.2 update.

TiVo can be picky with adapters. If it's not on the approved list at the TiVo web site, I wouldn't even try it.

AFAIK, won't work, as it uses the RT8150 chipset,which isn't compatible with TiVo.
