another problem with zipper

im on step M when it says open a windows comment prompt
uhhh, how do i do that?
everything so far has been sucessful, the zipper reported sucess and put the drive back in the tivo it rebooted twice, like it is suppose too

please ignore that post, ive been up for over 24hrs and was thinking i needed to open a commant prompt on the tivo :o

when i entered the tivo ip address
telnet -t vt100 192.168.2.13
it says could not open connection to the host on port 23:
connection failed

i think i have version 2 though
