Digital Box channel is different from TIVO

Hello All,
My Tvio is connected to Comcast's digital Box converter. So whatever channel I change to, the Dig box changes the channel first and then the Tivo changes it's channel..on that note..
I have a season pass to Tivo Tivo channel 7 at 8pm on Sunday's. I was always able to do this, but lately, I end up Tivo'ing channel 8. So in order for me to Tivo channel 7 I have to manually change the channel on my Dig box to 7 and then the Tivo will change to 7.

Why is the Tivo not recording channel 7? The title bar does say channel 7, but it's recording channel 8.

I had this happening with my series 1 and my Time Warner Digital Cable box.

I upgraded to a series 2 and haven't had a problem since.

My tivo wouldn't change to the correct channel, I had a lot of programs that were channel 1 an information channel.

It's very possible that you don't have the most efficient code for TiVo's cable box control. (The IR blaster.)
