DVR4ME problem?/

My DVR4ME is starting to have problems with the picture stopping and starting. Was there a special # to call about returning unit for repair ?

You could try 888-355-7530. The will most likely send you a replacement instead of fixing yours. Your chances of getting the newer R15 non-Tivo are real good at this point (that's what happened to me). There is still an outside chance they may send you an old Tivo unit if they have any left.
Best bet is to do a clear and delete everything and see if that fixes your problem.
