Okay, I got my DTivo restored, and had it restored to a 120g drive. In the sys info, it shows "up to 35 hours"...

Did we do something wrong on the restore??

You probably didn't use the -x switch with mfsrestore. Use the mfsadd -x command to expand the image to fill the drive.
