tivoftpd help

I have a series 1 tivo and I have installed telnet and tivoweb, but tivoftpd mips was installed instead of ppc and I have been unable to put ppc on it. I have tried rz and gethtp after setting up an f t p server on my computer, but I can't figure out how to do it, the huge problem with the ftp server was that they all required some sort of log in any help would be appreciated.

okay, since the last post, I got tivoftpd.ppc on my tivo and I have told it to run, but I can't get the ps command to work, under the bash it says it doesn't recognize the command and after i do it in tivosh it says too many arguments. When I try and access it via ftp client it tells me connection refused, which makes me think that ftpd might not be working at all. telnet has no problem and tivoweb has no problem and my set up is pretty basic, tivo and airport express to hub.

any help would be great
