3/18 episode of teenage mutant ninja turtles

My Directtivo didn't record the 3/18 episode of tmnt. It claimed that someone made a change to the season passes to prevent the recording. Both of my boxes did this. I definitely didn't touch the season pass. Anyone else have this problem?

And yes, I am a 30+ year old who watches cartoons :)

My son's TiVo did the same thing. Even deleted the season pass and placed it back in and it stated someone changed the recording options.
