137 Gb limit

I've just upgraded my Tivo 1 (2.5.5) to a 250Gb disk. I can see 137gb. Am I able to expand it too see all 250Gb

Not without replacing the Linux kernel being used. The kernel used in 2.5.5 can only see 137GB. You need a LBA48 kernel to see more. Do a search for "LBA48 Kernel" and you'll get plenty of information.
