I bought a refurbished 40GB Stand Alone from S2G Store over Ebay in Dec. and it is still dead after getting it back from them. It just sits on the startup screen. I don't hear the hard drive running like on my other Tivo. What should the volt meter say on the plug for the drive off the power supply. I put in my old 40GB that I took off my other unit and that doesn't work as well, so I am thinking it is the power supply. But why would they say they fixed it and didn't? Frustrating.
