Having the kid be controlled by a third party really was a twist I didn't expect; up till then I kept wondering why the kid was doing what he was doing -- but that explanation didn't occur to me.

It's also nice to see such a happy ending happen.

Ummm.... I think you meant 3/14/2006.

And it fooled me, also.

I really enjoyed this episode a lot! Good to see them deal with something NOT involving a murder once in a while (we have an office of NCIS in my building and trust me, they deal with everything but murder). Great to see Tony have to take charge and act responsibly for a change. McGee and Abby smacking each other on the head was pretty funning with all the "ow's" coming across the radio.

My only complaints were at the end, they never explained how they found the wife. I found that this show hurries up the endings too often like that and leaves me unsatistified, not hearing the entire story.

I think it was more of the director calling in her special favors to find out where she was hidden. Kind of like calling the FBI director and getting the needed information. Director to director.
I liked it at the end mainly because they never use her for anything but being a pain in the butt. It was nice to see her working with the team.

I liked this episode, although having them send messages to Gibbs through the computer was stretching it a bit.

I had my suspicions that something was up when I saw Kody strip Gibbs of all his electronic doo-dads and start taping up the vents and doors. I mean, teenagers today are sophisticated but not THAT sophisticated when under that kind of emotional pressure.

It was nice to see at the end that the Director can still surprise Gibbs. :)

Agree. If they woke up the computer the screen saver wouldn't come back that fast. Also, if the 'bad guys' were watching via one of the computer cam's why didn't they see Jethro using sign language?

I figured that out right then too. As soon as he was searching for high tech equipment on Gibbs and stepped on his ear piece, I figured he was wearing one as well.

I thought it was a great episode. I liked seeing Tony get to run the operation and that he did it by trying to think like Gibbs. WWGD?

I also liked that Ducky was sticking up for Tony's abilities to the Director.

I like how Ziva & Tony have been interacting the last 2-3 episodes too. Seems like they have developed a good working-relationship.

I really liked it to. Espcially at the end when Tony was trying to distract the team so they would not realize he stole the idea from Speed.

I also liked the part where he went to talk to the kids dad and was told his boss had him moved, but his reply was that his boss was locked in there with the bomb.

Agreed. After seeing that episode, I thought that it was extremely well done.

Of course, seeing Tony try to do Gibbs, well, it was worth it alone to see it played out.
