another zipper question

I have read through most of the post on the zipper and have a question. I have a HR10-250 and want to zipper it. So from what I have read all I need to do is purchase the InstantCake cd and run it? Do I need to run the Tools cd too? One place I read that the zipper takes care of the enhancements and on the Zipper page it says in the instructions to use the tools cd too.

you need
1) the 5 dollar BOOT CD
2) assemble the TOOLS CD
3) Instantcake ONLY if you are starting from scratch on a Hard Drive with NO image on it and you don't want to preserve shows.
