Hello,
I own 2 tivo units. One is an 60hr unit (140 model) and the other is an 80hr Unit (240 model). I have been recording the same program at the same time on both units. Both are set to record at BEST QUALITY. When I use Tivo Desktop, I am able to see both recordings. The problem is that is that the 80hr unit shows the program as being 1GB in size and the 60HR unit shows it as being 1.3GB in size.
I have reset both season passes and the issue is still persistent. Does the 80hr unit (which is newer) use a different format for compression?
What is the deal?
