ok, here's the deal... i had an 80hr TS2 and a 40hr TS2. I was able to transfer files back and forth freely. The 80hr developed a problem, so I took it back to best buy. They replaced it with a new unit. Tivo allowed me to transfer my lifetime subscription to my new box because I had an extended warranty.
The new box is set up and running fine. It shows up on my old box in the now playing list. And online, it shows that transfers are allowed. However, when I select the either one of the units, while in the other unit's now playing list, it tells me that the other has not been set up for transfer.
I've restarted and reconnected to the net on both boxes and no luck.
Any suggestions?
