On Tivo Desktop,older programs won't appear

On my Tivo i have some programs that I tried to transfer to my computer and they got interrupted and now when I open Tivo desktop, the programs just stay details unavailable and won't transfer. what am I doing wrong?

i too have been having a great amount of difficulty just today with the same problem that you described. I tried the same transfers from a separate computer (both have XP, and Tivo Desktop 2.2). Each 2nd attempt got the same result: Details unavailable. Tried a repair of desktop and Tivo box reboot.

I uninstalled it, but I haven't rebooted the tivo...i will try it...

When this happens, clearing the TiVoDesktop cache usually resolves the issue.

Shut down TiVoDesktop. Then go to:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\TiVo Desktop\Cache

and delete all the files there. Then re-start TiVoDesktop. The next time you pull a Now Playing List it will re-download all the information and the "details unavailable" should go away.
