Looking for information on how to troubleshoot an error message I am receiving during initial DVR power-up. I setup a refurb DSR7000 (bought from Weaknees) over the weekend and after setting up the DVR began receiving an error that a full signal could not be detected on Sat2 and that not all channels would be available. When running the sat setup, I am able to pickup sat strength on both sat fields in the high 80s (86-87) consistently. Outside of this initial error message during first time power-up, the DVR seems to be working perfectly. Season passes are updating, shows are being recorded, and channels (at least those I've tried -- local and pay) all seem to be present.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. If thought to be a true defect, I have a 30 day window to exchange with Weaknees (about 25 days left). Thanks in advance for the comments and feedback!
