I have a question about transfering programs that I had recorded on my DirecTV HD to a separte DVD. This worked at one time but now I can't seem to get it to work. I have a cable going from my first output on back of DirecTV unit to the input of my DVR but it isn't working. I am able to watch both DirecTV and my DVR on my TV but I have to switch between Video 1 input and Video 2 input but can't burn the DVD. I used to be able to burn movies I recorded from the DirecTV DVR to my other DVR in order to create DVDs but no longer. Help?

I assume you're using either the composite (yellow RCA) or SVideo connection from the HR10-250 to your DVD Recorder. For those outputs to "live", the HR10-250 must be set to output 480i (standard definition) video. Those outputs are blank when your DVR is set to 480p, 720p and 1080i HDTV formats.
