I currently have a series 1 that I'm paying $12.95 a month for service...

Found they have the new deal direct from Tivo for $16.95 a month and a brand new series 2 Tivo...

So the answer would be $16.95 a month?? (if you take the 3 year committment)

One thing they kinda tricked me on though, although it isn't that big of a deal...

I was charged $16.95 for the Tivo and $16.95 for the first month of service... but I can't complain. Should be here any day now.

I don't know anything about series 1 tivos but I think you can get a discount on the first Tivo payment. I have one downstairs. I just purchased the plan for one upstairs and they are going to change the monthly payment for my first unit to $6.95. Oh and I know you did not ask that question. I just thought I would throw that out there because I was happy to learn I could still get the discount.
