I want to come back

I had direc tivo for about 3 years. I switched to comcast cause I wanted the hd box they offer. Anyway I have been with comcast for about a year now and it sucks I am on my sixth dvr box and I had enough. I called direc about 2 months ago to see if I can get a special promotion they offer to new customers. But I am not a new customer cause it goes on your address not how long it's been since I was with direc. I don't want to pay to come back and I would like to have at least 2 dvr's and one normal receiver.I do know that I have to get one of their r-15 models, but I guess I'll have to live with that. I am checking with you guys before I call them tommorrow, hoping you guys could tell me how to go about getting what I want. Thanks

You don't have to get their R-15 model if you prefer a different one; you'd just have to get what you want through a retail store or online dealer.

If you still have the dish itself the process should be pretty painless. But in any event you really should ask about any offers for a former customer to return.
