Galleon and out of date Now Playing List

When I select Galleon on my Tivo to transfer files to my PC, the Galleon Now playing list is "out of date". It is showing programs that I have deleted on Tivo (and I didn't transfer to my PC).

I run Galleon on a PC that I leave on and seldom restart. Is there a way to "restart" Galleon without restarting the PC?

I did some additional analysis. It appears that the Download programs function in Galleon is hanging. Other functions continue to run. Now playing gets out of date and any transfer request hangs.
A PC restart cleans things up.
I am running the latest Galleon.
Anyone else seen this?
