"Lease" to "Purchased" HR10-250..Here's the way.

For those that have purchased the HR10-250 and activated but it listed as "leased" not "owned" here is what to do. When call D* you need to get to the "Access card" division,they are the ones who can and will make the change. I don't have a Extension number for them but when you call ask to be transfered to that dept. They will make the change in about 30 seconds,I just did.

Look under the section that shows recent activity since your last bill. You should see a "leased equipment" credit and debit for "additional receiver" once they have made the change.

I had called earlier today and they changed mine even though I purchased the receiver on 3/1.
