How to setup Network? SA & DTivo

I'm new and uneducated so please forgive my ignorance.

I had Cable TV and an SA Series 2 Tivo (140 hrs). I just switched to D* and I now have a HDVR2 and hopefully a DVR80 on its way.

I know I have to zipper the DTivo S2s. Once that is done, will I be able to network the SA S2 with the DTivo S2s?

Is there some hack like the zipper that needs to be done to the SA?

You need to run superpatch on the Standalone, and the precedin hacks to get to it. The SA will still need to be subbed.
