Cannot Transfer Recordings to my PC

I was able to transfer recordings from tivo to my pc, now I can't. I am able to listen to music and view photos on my tivo from my pc, but can't transfer video from tivo to my pc. The only major change is that I've upgraded to a different motherboard. What could be causing this problem?

Oh, When I click on pick recordings to transfer, it says that it cannot find a dvr. Then I reenter my media key. Then when i click pick recordings, a box comes up put programs do not appear.
