Power Off Power On

While Watching Tv My Tivo Unit Turns Off Then On Again. This Happens Every Ten To Fifteen Minuets. I Have Unpluged It And Pluged It Back In And Set It Up, But, It Starts All Over Again. Any Help Ideas? I Have A R10 Unit.

When you say it "turns off and then on" do you mean it restarts as if you unplugged it and plugged it in again? See if the kickstart (http://forums.tivo.com/pe/action/forums/displaypost?postID=10231879) fixes the problem. If it doesn't, call DirecTV and ask for a replacement. Be sure that they send you an R10 (or other TiVo model) and not an R15.
