Pioneer 810HS & network adapter

My Pioneer 810HS has "gone" through 2 network adapters in the 2 years I have had the unit. The Pioneer was returned after year 1 for "locking up". Seemed to work fine after that.
The unit is not recognizing the network adapter. The adapter's light is on so I don't think it's the adapter. Any ideas?

Have you rebooted the TiVo and disconnected and reconnect the adapter?
