I received a DSR7000 unit via FedEx last week. Installer comes out today and I tell him there's a problem with the DSR7000. He calls DirecTV and changes the work order. Since I didn't need any new cabling, etc. I just asked him to leave me another box. He leaves me an R15.
Question...Can I activate the DSR7000 and keep the R15 or am I required to activate BOTH units online? I only need ONE box. Do I have to send back one unit or will I get whacked $150 for "saving" the R15 indefinitely?
