T-60 Pixelization Problems

We left for a week and when we returned about half of the recorded shows have really bad pixelization and audio problems. There doesn't seem to be any commonality. All networks have it, but not all the time. Some shows recorded perfectly. Most Olympic programming recorded fine unlike the experience of some others I found searching for pixelization. My signal strength is over 90. The hard drive is only a few months old. When a show is affected, it's not watchable. It's really bad. Can someone point to a thread(s) that discusses the possible problems with our T-60?

Weather, dish and cables are not a factor because another receiver on the same multiplexer does not have the problem. I have rebooted numerous times. It is probably in the hard drive, but I just replaced it last year with a new Maxtor. Have other electronics in the T-60 shown to be a cause of pixelization, or is it primarily the hard drive when that happens? I hate to just buy another 160 GB drive only to find out that wasn't the problem.
