What happened? Was the ending last week supposed to lead us to believe that Billie found Christy? I thought she just found her cell and it was empty.
And in other non sequitors, what was up with Simon? He seemed very out of the blue as well, although I appreciate that his appearance moved the Page/Henry romance along handily. It needed a nudge.
I must really be losing since I don't remember Greg either. I was thinking of Dan from season 2, but it wasn't the same actor and the backstory given didn't jibe with season 2.
Finally, the Triad? Is this the same Triad we saw glimpses of in season 2 or so, at least before the Balthazor story became the primary storyline? Very interesting for this season's big bad, considering it has taken this long to even give us their name, much less show them.

Thank you for asking all of the questions I had while watching. Though, I don't remember Greg specifically, I do remember banging some guy on top of a fire truck.
And yes, Cole did kill the Triad.

So than how can here be a "Triad" in this episode if Cole kill them?

Just because Cole killed the Triad doesn't mean it can't be reconstituted with three other demons.

What would be the purpose of Charmed if the baddies didn't get reconstituted every now and then.
Afterall, how many Sources of All Evil have we seen?
What episode did Paige learn to heal?
I'm glad Simon didn't stick around. I was hoping that a demon would kill him. But, he could be back if enough viewers liked him.

She healed Henry in the episode where they were being held hostage in the bank.

We've seen previously that the power void left by certain demons ("The Source") can be filled by lesser demons growing into the role. Perhaps that's what we're seeing here.

I am getting a little tired of the "biggest evil ever". How many times have we heard that?
The Simon character did come out of nowhere, and yet another inconsistancy... Paige was supposed to be the only half-witch / half-whitelighter. At least that's the way they established it when she was introduced into the show.
All that aside, I actually thought this was one of the best episodes in a while. And most importantly, Wyatt speaks!

There's always another 'big bad'. It's the whole premise of the show. I guess, the end will be when they slay the biggest bad? I don't know. Life will always have good and evil. It seems to be the cycle of life. Polar opposites. I don't think it's possible to eradicate it. I think you wouldn't appreciate the good without the bad.
I think what would make a satisfactory end to the show is if the charmed ones figure out how to keep the world 'in balance'. A complete even level playing field. That would allow them to have a life, and they wouldn't have to worry about saving the world so much. Make it a magic spell that keeps the world in balance.
The only thing that really bugs me is how fast things are moving with Henry. This week, proposal. Next show, marriage ceremony? Sheesh.

I guess they don't have much time left. I don't think the show is coming back next year. They're in the home stretch.
Did I mention that Wyatt spoke? :D

Yeah, I noticed that. :D
It has now come to the point that I'd like the demons to mount an unprecedented attack in the manor, kill the sisters and their new-found friends, vanquish the dead relatives, and then simply roll the credits. I'd find that more satisfying than this dreck.

No, after they do all that, Jack Bauer comes in and blows them all to Kingdom Come. Then we roll the credits. :D

I really hope the show is back next year but I know that the future is not looking bright for it at this time.
At least maybe they will show the sisters and their new friends in some more tight skimpy outfits a few more time before the end of this season.
I will have my TIVO running on all of them that is for sure! ;)

Me neither! I missed one show, so I guess it's possible they might have found her in the ep I missed.

Oddly enough, when the Triad said "She's in position" I started humming the Buffy theme music. :)

I also felt like I missed an episode. Went back to my previously recorded episode (12 Angry Zen) and realized, yeah, I saw that. So when was Chrissy found?
It does feel very Buffy like. Come to think of it, when Dawn first came on the show I also felt as if I had missed a show (or a whole season in that case???) And of course the having a sister that's the key was the biggest clue there.
But at least after the episode I feel like some pretty good episodes are coming up. Is Chrissy the big bad? I got the feeling that she may be the key to raising The Nexus (yeah, I know...not that again) because of the way the demons said she was 'in place' and the only thing I could think of being unlocked at the mannor was The Nexus.

I think we were supposed to deduce from some pretty thin clues that Billie used the necklace that she brought back from her vision quest in 12 Angry Zen, scried for the actual location of Chrisy's prison, used her powers of projection to somehow make the guard think he was being called away, rescued Christy, and brought her back to the mansion. Maybe with the help of the sisters, since they didn't seem surprised that she was there. And also, apparently, without any interaction (ie fighting) with the baddies.
Sounds to me like they really did leave out a whole episode, because Henry and Paige lept from "by the way I'm a witch" to "will you marry me" REALLY fast, even for this series. I guess someone did the math on how many episodes they have left and just dropped one, figuring they could just fill us in.

Maybe when they release this season on DVD we'll see an unaired episode filling us in. Hmm...
