Check the season pass settings. For example, if it's set to 'first run' and the eposide were repeats, they will not be recorded.

The other thinking to keep in mind is that a season pass is only for one channel so if the show runs on a different channel it will not record. If you want the show to record no matter what channel it is on you need to use a wishlist.

Also in the To Do list the first item in there is View Recording History; in there you'll find the shows and why they didn't record. (Unless its the wrong channel problem segaily mentioned.)

if there were several in one night, check to make sure the daily calls are actually completing. Also, see if maybe there was a lineup change.

1. Are the Season Passes for that channel? SPs are tied to a show on ONE channel - if the show airs on multiple channels, it will not record the other channels. For that you need another SP or use a Wish List instead.
2. If you have the SP set to First Run Only and the episode is a repeat, it will not record.
3. If you gave the SP set to Keep At Most 'some number', and that number are already recorded, then it will delete older episodes and record new ones - UNLESS you also have Keep Until I Delete set on the SP, then it will not record more until you delete some.
4. Go into the To Do list and pick the first item, View Recording History, and see if there is an entry for the 'missed' episodes which would say why it didn't record.

Are there other season passes that record at the same time? Say you have a season pass for a show that airs Tue 7PM. Then you add another season pass but it also happens to airs Tue 7PM. Your Tivo will record based on the priority in the manage-season-pass list.
If there's that sort of conflict the usual thing it will do is record the higher priority one until it goes into repeats then start picking up the lower priority one. In edit season pass settlings there are several options - first run only, first run and repeats which doesn't duplicate (I think this one is the default) and include repeats.
So your choice - change priorities and it misses the oher show, or wait until your higher priority show goes into repeats.
If there isn't a timing clash, the above isn't your issue.

When you go to the To Do list, is anything listed? Twice now I have encountered a fairly inexplicable bug where one of my TiVos just stopped recording SPs. I had full guide data and yes, the upcoming episodes met all the criteria to be recorded (not overlapping, not already aired in the last 28 days, etc), but for some reason the TiVo was just entirely ignoring the SPs. Both times, going into the SP Manager and changing the options on each SP (you don't actually have to change anything, just go into the options screen and then tell it to record the SP with those options) fixed the problem.
I have no idea what provoked the problem - it didn't come after a software update, my lineup hadn't changed at all, daily calls were succeeding and program info was complete, and I hadn't even added/modified any SPs lately. The problem hasn't recurred in about a year, although I do occasionally check my To Do list to make sure it's not suspiciously empty.
