I just got off the phone with a dude at Directv (I forgot his name) this dude was awesome. He knew his stuff from top to bottom, didn't mid answering all my questions and didn't seem to try to rush me off the phone. He even told me about this website and mentioned there were some really kewl mods that I could perform on my Tivo. (he said he couldn't tell me exactly what though because he would get inot trouble) If you are that dude and you happen to read this an emial pointing me to specific mods would be greatly appreciated. I worked at a computer Help Desk for 8 years doing support and I have worked with some real idiots and I have talked to even more of them on call, if they were all like the guy I jut talked to at Directv it would make life so much more enjoyable! (maybe this guy can go train the first level support dude that I had to talk to for 20 minutes before I got to him ;-) ) ANYWAYS THANKS DUDE AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
