Reward points

I am about to use some of my Tivo rewards. I was wondering if anyone else had done this and if you recommended anything specific. I already have an ipod so that doesn't interest me. I was really looking at getting a few little things. Any suggestions??

Also I am trying to decide where to have them sent, how long did they take to get shipped?
