Directv - Xbox connectivity rumor

Who knows how accurate this stuff is, but thought I would post it anyway. If true, the one part that seems really stupid is "standard-definition streaming DVR (i.e., TiVo) functions." I don't have an Xbox 360, but if i'm not mistaken, they're capable of HD output.

COuld be interesting. The only issue is whether they will let any current D* equipment do it (unlikely IMO) or if it will require all new stuff.

All indications this would be part of the DirecTV2Go feature, that would be on the R15 and eventualy the HR20 platforms.

An XBOX360 most definently can output an 1080i video stream.
