I know there is a thread somewhere that details a fix which, if I remember correctly, is quite complicated.
I have just found a much easier fix to implement.
I had a 5-6 year old RPTV with a screen size of 55". On a screen this size the flickering was quite evident.
I did something that fixed it without any hacking at all........
I bought a 65" DLP Rear Projection TV :D :D :p :p
NO flickering - at all ;)
