Here's the problem.My season pass for The Shield says "no upcoming episodes".I have deleted it and re-entered it with no success.When I go to "pick programs to watch" and type in The Shield-it does not show up in the list.The only way I can record it is to scroll ahead to next week in The Guide and actually high light it to record.It now shows up in my to-do list but still does not show up under my Season Pass as an upcoming episode.Does this make any sense?

It doesn't make sense, but sometimes the unit will lose some index data. Try a reboot and then re-enter the SP.

I have had the same problem with The Shield! It is very weird, I deleted my SP twice now it looks ok, but it looked ok last week when I deleted it and then when I went to watch it about half way through the recording time, it was not being recorded. I have never seen anything like this before.

I had this problem too on my HD-TiVo. If you look at the Season Pass, do you see (FX 248) as the channel, or just (FX) ?

Mine just showed (FX). I had to delete the Season Pass (I know you tried this already). Then I went to the guide, and created a new Season Pass from the next airing. It then showed (FX 248).

I assumed the channel was deleted and re-added by DirecTv. I seem to recall this problem on other FX shows, like Rescue Me as well.

I had a similar problem. I set up a SP, saw the list of upcoming episodes, but it wasn't recording any of them. Deleted the SP, re-created, and it worked OK this week. This is the first time I have had this happen.

Mine does say FX 248.Today I rebooted the sysytem.I'll see if everything is mine tomorrow after it gets it's updates.Thanks for the replies.Will keep you posted.

The reboot-and-wait-for-a-day thing worked.Shield is back and scheduled to record in the Season Pass manager.Thanks for all the help.
