My Tivo is setup to connect thru the network. I have a good network connection (85%). Three weeks ago I got a message that programing info was low. I had to manually dwonload new scheduling. Now it has happened again. It hadn't update for a over 10 days.
I know the network is up and running 24/7. I have gone thru the settings in Tivo and it all seems OK. Just a fluke or what.
Any ideas..
TIA.

My TiVO is doing that same thing! I have it wirelessly set up to a home network, but about 3 weeks ago it started warning me to connect to the tivo service because program info would be running out by the 23rd. I would go through guided set up because the TiVO website told me that maybe my cable company has changed a line up. I had to re-set up my season passes because they weren't recording. Now, 2 weeks later, it's warning me again that program info will run out for the 31st. I went through guided set up again and still telling me to connect. I don't want to have to do this every 2 weeks AND to have to re-set up my season passes! It's never done this before. What is wrong with my tivo?!

What is wrong with my tivo?!
Simple: your TiVo isn't maintaining its wireless connection. When you re-did Guided Setup, did you tell it it was using broadband, and that it was using a wireless connection? If so, were you able to successfully download any Guide Data? And what happens when you try to force the connection manually?

"TiVo Central" --> "Messages & Settings" --> "Settings" --> "Phone & Network" check the Last status if it is "Succeeded" you need to reboot the TiVo otherwise --> "Connect to the TiVo service now"
I don't know if this is related to the originally posted problem, but I just had a similar thing where my S2 was connecting successfully everyday, but the ToDo list was not getting any longer. The ToDo list stopped at 10/29 or so. I searched for particular programs that I could find in the guide data well after 10/29, but they would not schedule. I could force connections all I wanted, but nothing happened (I tried this over multiple days).
The other day I rebooted and waited a few hours, no change. THen I moved one season pass to force it to re-index and all of a sudden it went on a scheduling frenzy and added about a week's worth of programs to the ToDo list.
Not cool....

Generally rebooting the TiVo and forcing a connection (or changing a season pass priority) will fix the issue. If that doesn't help, then you may have a connection issue with your wireless adapter.
