I'm looking to take My DirecTivos to the next level. What can I do? What should I know? Networking / Hacks / Hardware upgrades / TiVo Desktop / Tivo2go

Can I get my TiVo recordings on My PC in a MPEG-4? Reformat them in H.264 for my vPod?

What would you do first? What about level of difficulty. Best sites / Reading about TiVo in addition to this one.
