TiVo / Sky out of sync with each other

My TiVo has been happily recording Sky for nearly a year since I got it, and suddenly it's all gone mad. Instead of recording eg BBC1, it records UK Gold (usually Only Fools & Horses!), but still thinks it's recording BBC1. Any ideas on what to do next?

it may have had trouble changing channels! go back into STB Control and change the brand to Sky Digital or Sky Digibox. I did and have had no problems after!

Thank you! I've never had to go in there before.
However, I am doing this as we speak (finding IR code right now!), and am still running into the same problem (which I failed to detail earlier!), which is: if it knows it has to go to eg BBC4, channel 114, the Sky number (blue, bottom right) goes 114, then just 4. If I want channel 125, it goes 125, then 5. Gaaaa.

PS I forgot to mention that it was set to Pace and I changed it to Sky Digital. Even though it's a Pace box.

In that case I would suggest changing to a slower code within the Sky Digital brand! Also, make sure that both of the wands of the IR blaster are together and as close to the sensor on the digibox as poss and secured with blue tack! This way has achieved optimal performance for me!

Aha! The blaster wands are above the TV and the Tivo is below. It's worked for a while, as I say, but probably more by luck than judgement, eh. I shall try what you suggest. Thanks again!
