Am I missing Something?

I am trying to expand a 40gig SD-DVR40 to a 250gig HDD. I used MFS tools to copy shows and settings and it registeres 120 Hrs Variable on the System Info. This isn't right! I know it should be more, so I know this is a LBA48 problem. But I dont know what I missed. I have now tried mfsadd on the PTV LBA48 Boot Cd and it says nothing to add. I'm confused and Have search the posts and don't seem to be getting anywhere. Any Ideas as to what I need to do? I used the Zipper to copy the LBA48 supported kernal to the drive. This is my first time trying to go over the threshold so thanks in advance for the help!

nevermind, i needed to -r 4 parameter and the MFSTools 2.0 disk doesn't support LBA48, while the PTVupgrade disk does and worked fine.
