I moved my 250GB (superpatched, hackman, tivowebplus 1.2.1, OS:6.2) hd from a dying HDVR2 to a refurbed HDVR2, activated the access card from the old unit and did 51killer.tcl last night. Everything seemed to be ok, all season passes, recording, MRV was 'ok'. Right before I went to bed the unit froze up and nothing on the remote worked. I decided that since I moved all of my recordings to my bedroom HDVR2 (as a backup precaution) that I would just go ahead and do the Clear and Delete everything before I turned in, which I did.

This morning I finished up the C&DE, and was able to get to my TivoWebPlus menu, hackman menu, FTP, ok, etc. I restored my favorites and season passes, so the only thing left is the MRV, which appears not to be working now.

I re-ran the netconfig.tcl and re-entered my IP information and restarted but that didn't seem to fix it. When I choose the now playing/bedroom dvr, I'm getting a message that ends with '...because the 25EF DVR is not enabled for transfers'
(the 25EF DVR is the Living Room DVR; the refurbed DVR)
So the refurbed HDVR2 (Living Room DVR) does 'see' the bedroom DVR...

Do I possibly need to rename the tivoapp back and re-do the superpatch67 and the netconfig.tcl again?

Run the set_mrv_name script again.

I searched and finally found the exact same suggestion; it appears my prior searches weren't doing the trick, I wasn't using key search phrases/words, but I finally did stumble on that suggestion at the same time you posted.

Thanks!
