phone number to force locals down quicker?

Wasn't there an 800 phone number you could call at DirecTV that would force your locals to come down quickly instead of overnight?

I can't seem to find it on the forums anywhere.

I searched and searched, couldn't find it.

Looks like I'm almost recovered my clearing and deleting everything. Got wishlists, season passes, etc. restored but now I have to figure out now why my mrv isn't working as it was before the C&DE, if I can't, I'll have to ask for suggestions.
