i recently upgraded to HD on D* and have the HR10-250. with my OTA i was able to pull in not only my local market (providence) but also the boston locals as well. however the tivo does not have programming info for the boston stations (such as program name, descriptions, etc.) just says "regular programming" all day long. the station call letters are on each channel but thats it. the tivo will not record on these channels becuase there is no info. the problem is the providence locals are substandard (my local NBC station most of the time doesn't even switch over to the HD feed until halfway thru the shows, and when it does the audio and video are out of sync, and the local ABC station has been freezing up every 20 seconds for the past 2 days). i called D* and they said i cant get the program info because boston is not my local area. is there any way around this? anything in the menu? any number to call to have tivo load the info in automatically? any help would be great.
