What's happening at the end of Feb?

I seem to recall a thread that said major changes on Feb 28th, don't let TiVo d/l schedule data that day.

Why?

I am away at that time so I can't disconnect the connection.

If ta major re-shuffle is planned, how long before Tivo EPG is up to date?

I'm sure it will be right on the servers the same day - but when your daily call takes place will determine when you TiVo gets it right.
