I am having a problem downloading the schedule information. I can connect to the phone and download the data but when it starts to load the information I cannot get past 9%, after that it stops and I get an (error S03). Has anyone had this problem or know how I might fix it.

Any ideas anyone?

The forum had this to say. I have not tried it yet but am hoping that it works:
Ok heres the deal. What you need to do is Restart your DVR. At a point during the restart process the left light on the DVR will go yellow. At the point immediately press and hold the pause button until you see the second light go yellow as well. Immediately after that light turns yellow release the pause button and press 5, 7.

The DVR will now beging to restart again. At a point during the process you''ll get a green screen indicating a fatal error or something to that effect. Follow the directions and allow the DVR to fix itself. It says the fix can take up to 3 hours but mine took only 15 minutes.

After that my DVR was working normally again. Let me know if you have any success. Oh my TiVo rep told me that if the DVR is not able to fix itself it has to be replaces.

I'm sorry to say that this solution doesn't seem to work. Upon powering up the Toshiba unit BOTH lights immediately go to yellow and no green screen ever appears.

After getting the run around from both Tivo and Toshiba the S03 code was determined to be a Toshiba error code and the only fix (per Toshiba tech support) was to repair or replace the box. As my box is still under warranty I am returning it to Toshiba and will post again when the box is returned whether or not it has been fixed satisfactorily.

Any ideas anyone?
