After searching high and low, I was not able to find out how I could transfer SD video from my DTV HR10-250 TIVO unit to my newly bought HUMAX Series 2 TIVO DVD recorder.

Is it all possible to use TiVoToGo to do this?

If at all possible, I want to avoid having to play the SD in real time so that the HUMAX can record it.

The reason I'm doing this is because I have only 1 DTV SAT feed to my HR10-250 and my HUMAX is connected to my standard cable feed. I want to be able to record a kid's show (Franklin) that is offered on my Sat but not on standard cable for my kids. I have many, many episodes recorded on my HD TIVO and do not want to take the time to play all of them real time to my HUMAX.

Many thanks in advance.

The only supported way is playing the analog SD signal real time and recording it on the Humax.

If you've hacked the HR10-250 so that it supports networking, you could TiVoToGo the recordings to your PC, and then TTG them to the Humax. (But you will NOT be able to burn them to DVD.) I don't think MRV will work with a hacked box.
