Outputing Video and Audio from HR10-250

Is there a way to output higher video instead of using the 480i setting? Or downloading the video?

"Outputting higher video" to what? If you're trying to copy HR10-250 programs to a VCR or DVD Recorder, you'll have to use 480i to enable the composite/SVideo outputs.
