No HD Super Bowl for Cox in Hartford

Because of a contract dispute, Cox cable in the Hartford, CT area will not be broadcasting today's Super Bowl in HD. Sad for those that bought a HDTV especially to catch the game in HD. :mad:

true for other areas also. cable cos may carry the locals in sd but not have contracts for the digital/hd local channels yet.

good reason to have gotten the hr10-250..............

It is why I went with D* and Tivo. Tucson Cox has CBS, WB and PBS. Can't, for some reason, reach an agreement with Fox, ABC or NBC. :(
