Stuck at 20GB

Sorry in advance.. Just in case I'm missing the obvious.

Got a Series 1 (212) without HD, but came with image disk. Purchased Maxtor 120 GB. Used the MFStools, created the boot disk and restored the image to the HD. Everything looked great...inserted in the TIVO and only 21 hours are available, but the drive in the PC showed the full 120 GB. Version 3.0

I'm sure I missed something...can you point me in the right direction. No hacking, just trying to get more out the great box!

Did you include the -x parameter when you did mfsrestore?

Pull the drive again and try:

mfsadd -x /dev/hdx

where "hdx" is replaced with the appropriate drive designation.

This SHOULD tell you that the drive has been expanded, and give you an estimated number of hours of record time.
