Wow the girl who was a 'fit' model sure got thru by the luck of the draw. You could tell they were pretty much against her but something, not sure what, clicked and then they voted her on. The long haired 'sack of potatoes' sure was a sore loser. I wonder what the parents say when their kids come out of there crying like that? Sure they show us a few but some have to know their kid stinks but how do you put that gracefully? My guess is they say they sing great!

And as far as looking for the whole package, some of the people they 'flashed' before us as being going on to Hwood didn't much look like the typical idols. I guess they have to choose between good voices that look good and at least put thru the good voices with bad looks just to make things honest.

I forget which night it was but the asian twins really should have learned that you can't audition together. The one on the left appeared to be ok but the one on the right was out of tune badly enough that even i could tell.

As far as arrogant boy, i guess his shtick worked since he got through. I just wonder if paula has her eyes on him :) The girl whose first drawing in life was paula was a bit stalkerish....i wonder if PA was made aware that the girl was so freaky?

Well I can think of two reasons why Simon and Randy let the model girl go through ;)

I have to admit that I was impressed by her mouth closed singing, it was weird yet interesting at the same time. In my 10 years 10 years as a voice teacher I have never met anyone who could do that. Her sinuses must be almost as big as her "fit models."

Well I can talk with my mouth closed..mostly understandable too..should i audition? I haven't tried to sing though.

I had to go back and rewatch the fit model singing with her mouth closed, definitely never heard that before, and I was laughing to hard the first time around. She was definitely lucky to get through.

How about Randy's twin, not sure how much he really looked like him, but I half expected him to be good, would have been pretty funny.

The cocky guy is really going to stir up some trouble during hollywood week!

I know these bad auditions shows get huge ratings, but I really wish they would focus more on the people that make it through to Hollywood. Most of the bad audition people know they are bad, then they fake cry and fake bitch after the audition, and since they are bad actors it just isn't that amusing most of the time.

I think you'll see plenty of the Hollywood people once they actually get to Hollywood. If they started showing them to us this early, we'd really be sick of them by the time the final contestants are picked. I do think there are far too many bad audition shows. What'd we get, 6 this season?

You want to be treated like a pro, act like one and stop your whining when you dont get your way.If they acted like a pro then they wouldn't make it on TV. That's what gets a little old for me, all these people artificially hamming it up for the camera. I don't think they're scum or babyish, I think they are just trying to get on TV and it has worked for them. Most viewers seem to like it, but I would prefer that they show bad auditions that were geniune, even if they weren't as bad and/or funny. Don't get me wrong, I think these early shows are pretty amusing as is, I just get a little bored with the fakeness of it after a while.

I agree. This is what's kind of boring me with the bad auditions. People just being goofballs to get on television. I think they could condense these shows by half. 30 mins in one city, 30 in the next. But I still watch EVERY SINGLE MINUTE. :o

Well the girl with all the metal in her mouth had huge assets too, and she wasn't chosen. Of course the metal was a bit disconcerting, it seemed like she couldn't even talk properly let alone sing. When they showed a close up of her teeth they looked perfect, maybe she'll lose the braces in time for next season's audition. Then she can make it to Hollywood based on her assets alone, like the fit model, provided she wears normal clothes and doesn't get arrested for stalking Paula beforehand. She was freaky but with the right wardrobe she can be another fit model.

I am more proud of Simon & Co. when they don't even give them a chance. They can tell they don't take it seriously and get fed up with the Jokesters... even though the producers want to make good TV, sometimes they just don't want to bother with the idiots.

Yeah one would think it would get old, but it never does. I think they do not show us some of the better talent so they can evolve over time. A lot of the go throughs had interesting stories, at least the ones they showed early on. I agree with other comments if they showed us all the good, we would all tire of them. There is still 3+ months of them to come.

For me AI is alway a downhill bobsled run. We start off at the top and get going great guns, as we get into the first big turn in hollywood we are still going strong, then we begin to taper out as we get to the bottom of the hill. for pure entertainment the later shows hold nothing on the auditions for me.

They should shock all of home watchers, and actually have an ENTIRE AUDITION of people that truely deserve a shot... aka... don't purposely put thise wack jobs through to see PRS
