Problems with "Mother" and "CSI"

My season passes for How I Met Your Mother and CSI both have episodes missing from them. New episode for each next week but the pass wasn't picking it up and it wasn't listing in the "upcoming episodes" even though both were in the guide data.

Anyone else seeing the same thing?
