Software upgrade for hr10-250

Can anyone tell me when they are going to upgrade the software so I get folders on my hr10-250 Please?

Never.

It's not going to happen. DTV will tell you that it "may" happen, but every other indication from them is that it will not.

I called DTV and was told they are going to upgrade to v6.2 for the HR-10's. They told me soon, but would not commit to a date. I also received an email response saying the same. Fred

Fred We've all received the same or similar canned e-mail responses about this for about a year now. And the CSR's you speak to don't know anything more than what is printed on the script in front of them.

A couple of years ago they told me (via phone and email) that DirecTiVos would be getting MRV "soon." I foolishly waited almost a year before giving up on them and hacking my units.
